Experimental research on influence factors of direct-contact flue-gas-water condensation heat exchange

Establishes a performance test-bed for direct-contact flue-gas heat recovery system based on absorption heat pump. Through experiments studies the influence of the ratio of water to gas, spray nozzle type, row number of spray nozzle, excess air coefficient, spraying height, water-spray temperature and flue-gas temperature on the performance of the direct-contact flue-gas condensation heat exchanger.Measures the amount of condensate water, pH value of condensate water and resistance in flue-gas side.The results show that the main factors of influencing the efficient of heat exchange between flue-gas and water are the ratio of water to gas,spraying height and sprayed water diameter, while the flue-gas temperature, water-spray temperature and excess air coefficient have less influence.The test results of the whole system attain design requirements.
